The Third International Conference on Chinese Language Textbooks will be held in Canberra, the capital city of Australia, from 25 to 26 October 2025. The conference will take an international perspective to track policy trends and will feature theoretical discussions, textbook exhibitions, new textbook launches, textbook case studies, teachers professional development, copyright trade and much more.

Since the First International Conference on Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language Textbooks (held from 27 to 28 October 2007) and the Second International Conference on Chinese Language Textbooks, which was held concurrently with the First Australian Bilingual Education Conference (from 26 to 27 October 2019), the International Conference on Chinese Language Textbooks has established itself as a premier academic and publishing platform. It brings together leading experts from across the worldwide to explore and advance the field of Chinese language education.
